At HackIDC, students from all over Israel will be developing technological products in order to improve student life around the world. We feel that the needs and problems of students nowadays are best addressed by students themselves. The projects will be judged based on creativity, unique technology and contribution to student life, not according to how profitable they might be.

Eligibility

Since HackIDC is a national student Hackathon, all participants must be students from a recognisable academic institute.

Requirements

  • The product built in HackIDC must be "Student life" themed.
  • The product does not necessarily has to be profitable.

    Products at HackIDC will be highly evaluated for their technological base.
  • Greater good
    Since the theme of HackIDC is "Student Life", the products will judged upon their contirbution to the students community and how it helped making the world a better place.
  • Creativity
    Innovation and creativity are important factors for HackIDC products.
